Advantages of spiral plate heat exchanger

Advantages of spiral plate heat exchanger

Advantages: spiral plate heat exchanger compact structure, unit volume provides a large heat transfer surface, such as diameter ￠ 1500mm high 1200mm spiral plate heat exchanger heat transfer surface up to 130m2. fluid in the spiral plate allows high flow velocity, and fluid along the spiral direction of activity, stagnation layer thin, so the heat transfer coefficient is large, high heat transfer efficiency. In addition, because of the high flow rate, the dirt is not easy to be retained.
